Then we will start recruiting suitable candidates on a NO CURE NO PAY basis. Based on the resumes and our reports you will decide which candidate(s) you want to interview yourself. With the selected candidate you will conclude an employment contract and you take care of the necessary permits. During this procedure, we will only invoice you for extraordinary costs concering travelling, advertising, assessments etc, made on your explicit request. Only after conclusion of the job contract, you owe us a once-only fee.
